    I was happy to get rid of the OEM Michelin LTX all-seasons anyways. Great rain tires on the blacktop, but they really left a lot to be desired on these soft sugar-sand rural roads around here. Barely more useful than racing slicks in a mud pit.

    What did you do to your Gen3 today?

    I replaced the transfer case shifter linkage bushings, as the old ones had rotted out and disappeared due to age. Thankfully the rod didn't get lost and was just laying there on a crossmember, so I only needed to spring for a pair of the hard rubber bushings and not the whole assembly...

    Thanks for all the welcomes! Thanks for the welcome! I am the second owner. My father was the original owner, he bought it new and then a few months later had a stroke that prevented him from being able to drive anymore, so mother just kept it parked except for a short trip to the to trash...
