I'd like to know as well, stock tires are what? 34"? It looks like 35's would be ok. It would be a close fit in entry/exit mode, but the truck should be stationary at that point so no rubbing. Aero mode might get a little close too but at highway speeds I can't imagine turning the wheel sharp...
a come along and a couple of tow chains. Using a come along is slow, but it'll drag a truck out of some bad mud...I can't imagine snow would be a challenge for it.

well, that just delayed my new truck purchase until Christmas...I've been waiting for a 1/2 ton diesel for years. I can't wait to see the final US specs on it.
I've bumped my column shifter a time or two while driving my 2009 F150 and it's never allowed it to shift anywhere that would damage the engine or transmission.
Since it's electronically controlled and these newer vehicles are hell bent on protecting themselves from the driver with all of the power and traction control systems, I could only assume that the transmission has the same type of protections built in with the shift knob. I can't imagine that...
