Wind Drag noise

Lamp out message after replacing headlamps

Lamp out message after replacing headlamps
I replaced aftemarket headlamps for 2004 Ram 1500, easy swap, bulbs came pre installed. Upon turning on the lights and then using turn signal I get a "lamp out" message on display and a bell signal with every flash. no upgrade to LED done. What is next step?- Uplaytowin
