    I owe @chrisbh17 and @Roman217 a HUGE thanks. As well as everyone else that offered up some advice on this. Chris and Roman worked up a module for me and send it out about a week ago. After some minor trouble shooting everything is good. It all works just as it should.

    There is no setting screen for the upfitter switches on the radio screen, just in the dash. I have a feeling you are correct but I figure if there is someone fairly local I could swap with for a minute just to see how it acts, that would help eliminate the radio being this issue all together...

    After looking at the program it is not able to log CAN specific information as best I can tell. Just things like line pressures and things like that for tuning. I know I can send CAN commands thriough the app. It is called AutoAgent and connects to my Ez-Lynk tuner.

    Awesome. I will need any tutorials you might be able to provide as well as I am competely novice at this kind of stuff. I do have the ability to send CAN commands through my tuner (EZ-Lynk) if that is a possibility or easier. I ahave also attached some screen shots so we are on the same page.

    I installed the new HSM, 68217268AF. Still no heated seat control. Buttons still greyed out. I am thinking this has to be something with the head unit they are sending or software on it as I have replaced nearly every component trying to get this working. Frustrating to say the least.

    I am in the same situation with my 2016, although I have not changed out the heated seat module. None of the AlphaOBD options fixed it for me either. I am pretty sure you need the 4C interface module from infotainment.com. I have one coming as well to fix my 2016 but it is a requirement for 2014...

    P/N: 68217268AD. The heated seats work fine with my factory radio, they even come on when temp is low on UAQ. Soft buttons show that they are on with UAQ radio but there is no control. The buttons are greyed out.
