    DEF Shortage

Walmart has not had their brand of DEF in FL, NJ and GA stores. I tried to find Walmart DEF on my last trip North in those states without success. The local Walmart is selling Blue DEF. I bought Tractor Supply's DEF on the road and stopped at QT and Loves for fuel and DEF from the pump...

Fram ultra synthetic oil filter new style

MoPar filters are made by Wix and Purolator to Chrysler specifications. (for things like water retention.) I believe that they filter to the 5 micron range.

    Oil changes

My neighbor's lab/factory in LA makes the additives for motor oil. His take on it is that a premium motor oil is a premium motor oil. As long as it meets the specs in your owner's manual, has the SAE stamp and says it is for gasoline engines, it is good. Walmart oil and MOPAR oil are made...

I Need Advice, Dually Owners Please Step In

My 2008 diesel dually had Airlift 5000. The were manual inflate; i.e. you had to fill them with an external compressor to the desired PSI. If I get airbags for this truck, I'll get the inflation pump with them. It's nice to be able to adjust pressure on the fly.

Dealer Service Dept States Unleaded Gas Found In Fuel Tank

Keep it until it is no longer economically repairable. Then no one will care about the Car Fax. I sold my Ford F-350 6.4 with 300,000+ miles and no once checked it out on anything.

    Recommend me a nice cruiser

I had the same problem. I also needed one that would fit in the garage's reduced space. I bought a new Elantra for $19K and change. It is reliable, has a great warranty and gets 35 mpg around town. It does the legal speed effortlessly and is OK comfort wise.
