I currently have nearly the exact same issue as CamoX413. I went through a bosch and an ntk sensor same issue. I feel your frustration... I can't figure it out.- iceman117

Acceleration Stumble - 8.0L V10
I have an 01 5.9L 2500. I had a similar problem, I unplugged the up O2 sensor, it ran great. Time for emissions and I put a Bosch in there, still ran rough after a min or two when the sensor kicked on. After reading I assumed that the kid at Autozone gave me the wrong part.
