21 weeks since order. Built but waiting for transportation from Mexico. Not expecting it any time soon. If I knew for sure Ram was making a regular cab short box 4x4 in 2022, I would cancel and wait for it but who knows?- Trapper1

Yeah I am in North Bay Ontario. My order is a regular cab short box 4x4, in Black, so it is being built in Mexico. Remember too, it looks like production may have picked up a bit.- Trapper1

New 2021 in 7 Weeks
Must be a Canadian thing. I ordered 2021 1500 classic reg cab short box 4x4 on Feb 18/21 , dealer told me today I'm still in D status, no build date, no idea when it will be built or delivered. I hope they find your truck. I am not very confident I will be getting mine.- Trapper1

Chip shortage
According to that article my regular cab should be 12-14 weeks. I can confirm mine is still in D status {no build date} after 13 weeks. This is a plain regular cab short box 4x4 with 5.7 only options are power windows, trailer package and anti spin. So there's that.- Trapper1

2021 Ram Build
I ordered Feb 18/21 . Still in D after 10 weeks. No scheduled build date. So.... there's that. Might be because I ordered regular cab shortbox 4x4, not alot of people ordering these. Knowing your region, I'm guessing 1/2 to 3/4 of your klicks are highway. In my opinion , unless the fluid is dirty, I wouldn't change the fluid.- Trapper1

Sticky e-brake is usually caused by the parking brake lever and link assembly seizing up. If it is only sticking and not seized, I have had success removing the rotor and spraying MINIMAL fluid film only on the pin, then with the rotor still off, working the lever back and forth. The joys of Ontario roads. Heavily salted in the winter. I am sure when you pull the other pads, they will be separating from corrosion as well. I would check the rears as well. I have a feeling I am in the same boat. 8 weeks and my salesman won't say a thing. Another 4 weeks and I can legally cancel my order with deposit returned. Don't really want to but if this is going to linger for another year I'll keep my old Chevy.- Trapper1

Is this really worth it?!
