    A good place to start would be replacing, not charging, that battery. After you have eliminated the battery as the culprit and it's still acting up, investigate that TIPM and all associated wiring closer.

    I've been running Red Line SI-1 Complete Fuel System Cleaner through 20 gallons of gas twice a year since I drove the truck off the lot. I also only run regular 87 octane gas.

    2015 Ram 1500 Tradesman current gear indication not working

    My guess is its time to replace the instrument cluster. Apparently, the information is being received correctly by the instrument cluster but it is unable to display the proper color. If it were my truck, I would start there.

    Considering I know nothing about these since I've never needed to install one, I do notice the product you link to states it fits: Fits 2013-2014 Ram 1500 2013-2014 Ram 2500 2013-2014 Ram 3500 2013-2014 Ram 4500/5500 And yours is a 2016. Are you certain it should work on your truck?
