    cargo cam has blue screen

    I had a software update today, and my cargo camera is working now. My Apple CarPlay is still not working properly. It will connect to my phone, then disconnect a few minutes later. It seems to stay connected when I use the usb cable, but is spotty when trying to connect wirelessly.

    They did not give a reason. They said they have had several customers with the same issue and that they have contacted Chrysler, or Uconnect, or whoever, and they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.

    I have the same blue screen on my 2500 Laramie with the 12”. I took delivery Jan 21. Dealer said ALL cargo cameras are blue screen right now. My tailgate camera works fine.

    Still nothing this morning. I tried entering my VIN in the Chrysler and Dodge categories. There is no 'Ram' category available. There are 4 choices. Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, and Jeep. I wonder if there should be a 'Ram' category for my Ram truck?

    Thanks. I'll try again tomorrow. And I did paste the VIN in all caps. I copied and pasted from the Mopar email. I did not get any emails from the dealer, but my salesman was copied on the email I got from Mopar.

    Yes I did. I entered my VIN there too, and got nothing. I also entered the VIN's of my other 2 Ram trucks and got the window sticker and other info on those 2 older trucks.

    Just ordered a 22 PW Level 3 in white.

    I ordered a 2500 Laramie on Dec 6 and got an email from Mopar around Dec 15 with the VIN. How did you get the status of your build? And what is “D” status? How can I find what the different status levels are?

    Remote start, won't.

    Maybe try changing the battery in the key fob. I've had problems with a Ram Tradesman not detecting the key fob, and changed the battery in the fob and all was good. However, this was not a 'remote start' issue.

    Bad low coolant sensor

    Update. After driving about 5 miles, the low coolant level message came back on, and stayed on. I guess changing only the sensor was a waste of time and money. Next will be to change the whole tank. Not sure when I'll get to that. I wish I knew someone with experience with this issue that...

    I changed the sensor today. I started the truck and the "low coolant level" message is gone. Removing the fender well was not as easy as I thought. I will try to upload a video to YouTube and post a link here. If I can't link the video, I will explain more in my next post.

    I have not changed anything yet, and I still have the low coolant message all the time. Is it worth taking a chance to change only the sensor, or should I just go ahead and change the entire tank? Has anyone been successful changing only the sensor?
