    Tuftruck HD Springs

I've got the best of both worlds on my truck. Went with the 1223-V's and Air Lift 1000's a couple of summers ago. I also had the Air Lift Wireless One controller installed at the same time, so adjusting the psi in the bags in a piece of cake.

    Trailer brake controller

Yep. That third screw is nearly impossible to install. I was only able to get two of them installed on my truck, but it is solidly attached. :favorites13:

Formatting a large SD Card for FAT32

Amazon has a couple of different brands.

    Console swap

The panels you need are grey. Otherwise the interiors with the Canyon Brown are mated with the beige panels.

Just traded my 11 for 15. This thing is nice.

Back when I bought my truck (summer of '13), I called Ram customer service and requested the thick, printed paper owner's manual. Not sure if it's the same way now.

    2015 big horn exterior???

I see lots of 4x2 Outdoorsman trucks searching on Google.

Generally speaking, is now a good time to buy?

...and go to a large volume Ram dealer to find the best pricing, if you have one in your area.

Third Brake Light failed -- Dealer only work?

I would be willing to bet that your seal will not hold up over the long haul, especially since it has leaked once already. I would be proactive and either buy a better gasket/seal, or use the silicone method. My truck leaked after about 8K miles. I put a new seal in (bought at Home Depot) and...

2015 with vibration; floor, gas pedal, steering

I've had the 2000 RPM vibration in my '13 since day one. It's really the only annoying thing about my truck. I'm finally going to have the dealership look into a little more during my next oil change. I'm guessing there's nothing they can really do for it, since it's been discussed on other...

    airbag install

Good luck with the rest of your install, if you are going to keep your bags. I wouldn't give up on the Wireless One System either. It's so awesome to be able to adjust the bags with just a touch of the remote.

Air bags for 5" Zone rear lift

I don't have an answer to your question, but just wanted to say "nice looking Keystone!" Have fun camping with it!

Truck is here. Awaiting pickup. Last minute advice?

Have your dealership, at least, match the extended warranties you can find online. There are lots of threads on here about where to find the best deals online (Ziegler, etc.) I plan on keeping my truck 10+ years, and with all the electronics in it, getting the lifetime extended warranty (with...

Towing with the new setup: Bilsteins + TTC-1223 + Toyo 275/65R20

Love my Tuff Truck coils, although I have the 1223-V variable rate springs. I would have selected the constant load ones, too, if I were in your situation. How much weight do you have on the hitch with your Airstream?

New guy. No Ram yet. But, had questions before I buy.

That is exactly the reason Ram gave to pull the new numbers out of their back sides. I'd still feel comfortable using the 2014 numbers for my '13 truck. I'd throw down some wheel chocks if I were concerned about not having a strong enough parking prawl or use the emergency brake.

New guy. No Ram yet. But, had questions before I buy.

In all fairness, the '13s and the '14's are the same truck. I would feel confident pulling the higher of the 2 numbers ('14).

"My" truck is en route from Mexico

I can't imagine you won't be able to get below 3% financing on your truck, especially if you have excellent credit. My wife and I both have excellent credit and I got below 2% on my truck. Of course, the dealership I went with uses over 15 credit institutions to compete for your loan. I...

You can get the 3.21's with the HEMI or the Pentastar V6.

    Leaky roof after 1yr exactly.

This is pretty much what I did, too. Just ran to Home Depot, bought some decent weather-stripping, removed the old foam gasket, clean the lens with rubbing alcohol, and then put the new gasket on.

    Leaky roof after 1yr exactly.

I just fixed mine myself. It saved me the hassle of driving 30 minutes to the dealer and waiting a couple of hours to get it fixed. Plus, I know my fix is done right and I know it's not going to leak again. Mine leaked about a year after I purchased my truck new. I can't believe Ram hasn't...

V8 hemi with the 8speed trans, what axle ratio?

You are correct. I should have said in the still available 6-speed at the lower trim levels. And with the 3.55's standard on the eco-diesel, it's obvious they are still manufacturing this gear ratio. I, personally, think it was a mistake for them to eliminate it as a choice.

V8 hemi with the 8speed trans, what axle ratio?

That's the combo I have, because I was looking for a compromise between the 3.21's and 3.92's. It's even more strange that the 3.55's haven't been eliminated completely, as it is still available on the lower trim levels.

    Bedliner Help

If you have Linex or one of the other reputable brands do the install, they will sand the clearcoat of your truck bed prior to applying the liner. I have Linex Platinum on my truck. Definitely not the cheapest liner on the market, but it is one of the best formulas (300% tougher than other...

Current F-150 owner, thinking about switching

Ram 1500 has coil springs, making for a smoother, car-like ride, but you take a hit on payload capacity. As an example, my Big Horn has a payload of 1176 lbs.

Whats biggest thing you've towed with your 1500?

Thanks! I will say the Goodyear P-rated tires have quite a bit of sidewall flex to them. If I were hauling or towing with any kind of weight on a regular basis, I'd probably step up to a real truck tire...lol. I should weigh one of the bags to get a rough estimate on how much weight was in...

Whats biggest thing you've towed with your 1500?

So, I went back to Home Depot this morning and loaded up my truck with 40 bags of mulch this time. I set my Air Lift 1000 bags at the max 35 psi prior to putting the bags in the bed. This time I remembered to snap some pics after I got home with the load. The first photo is a profile pic of...
