    I now run the E88 almost exclusively in my '21 Jeep (8k), '09 Dodge (145k) and '15 Ram (125k). No discernible fuel mileage differences from running 87 for years. No fuel related issues. I just like 'less wallet pain' at the pump.

    I just had my water pump replaced, they did the thermostat while they were in it, it runs consistently between 198-204, climbed up a mountain and saw 210 once. Also check your active shutter system to see if they removed or disabled the shutters. Could be wide open shutters with a 180 thermostat.

    Rain visibility issues

    0000 steel wool and Windex, then Rain-x a few times a year on every window and exterior mirrors. No issues with any brand wiper. Have Bosch now, but I've used Rain-X brand, Tricos, you name it (Change them every year anyway). Proper application of the Rain-x is the key to it's longevity, IMHO.

    Anyone switched to 87 octane?

    2015 with 104k, mostly use 87, used 91 for 3 months, never noticed any difference, 493 idle hours, 2701 driving, i'm not easy on anything I drive. no knocks, no issues. First set of brake pads chnaged 2 weeks ago. Maintenance is EVERYTHING!!
