What is this on the rear bumper?

Change oil every 3000 miles?
Why was there a recommendation to do this for 2014-2018 heavy duty with 6.4 L? What happened after 2018?- jimjr

6.4L Engine Break-in 2022 2500
I just found this on page 146 in the owner's manual (I don't have the truck yet): Drive moderately during the first 300 miles (500 km). After the initial 60 miles (100 km), speeds up to 50 or 55 mph (80 or 90 km/h) are desirable. Would appreciate the knowledge and experience of this group to...- jimjr
