Update: Truck has been fixed for a month now, no issues so far. SouthTexan was right, it was a rodent of some sort. Went right for the electrical jugular, the wiring compartment under the fuse box. It very well could be. When I replaced them in the spring the symptoms were entirely different. I dismissed the batteries as being a problem because they were newish. A few other commented about possibly being the batteries so I just hooked up the charger and it was at 30% on the meter. Still...- Scots

Yes, truck turns over and starts for a split second still. Although it’s cranking longer now to get that split second start. Thank you Rule18 for moving it to the right area. Newb mistake- Scots
