I bet it's closer to 2000 hours. With mostly local driving, a 38 mph average might be too high.- JTonietto

Mine currently shows 74 Drive hours. Truck has 41,600 miles. Calculated average speed: 562 MPH!!!- JTonietto

I'm at my wit's end with my windshield.......
I had a similar situation on my 2018; the third brake light was the culprit. A friend of mine is a glass installer. We spent almost 2 hours trying to find the windshield leak that the dealer claimed was allowing water into the front compartment. After a rain, the carpet would be wet at the door... -
Idle hours/Engine hours
You can't use those display hours to make decisions; the hour displays are not trustworthy. Lots of anecdotal evidence that the DRIVE hours randomly reset to 0. I just posted a similar thread a few days ago...- JTonietto

I just edited my initial post. I realized that I had reversed the IDLE and DRIVE hours in my original post. The display actually reads: IDLE 151 DRIVE 74 To drive 41,600 miles in 74 hours, my average speed has been over 561 MPH! Haven't gone to the dealer yet, but I will post an update after...- JTonietto

Truck is a 2018 RAM 1500 Express, bought used with 4200 miles on it in September 2018.
