Canadian problem only ? Melting glow plugs
You have an intake grid heater that you wait to come on when air temp is IIRC around 65 degrees, it heats the incoming air to aid starting... Also the grid heater its not above cylinder #6... What I think your talking about is a bolt used on the grid heater that can sometimes fail do to a faulty...- 06 Dodge

Synthetic Oil
The last time I looked at Rotella T-6 5w40 it was still API rated SM for gas engines, until 2010 I used it in all my Mopar gas engines that used 5w oil... Its not hard to figure out by miles traveled if you use a low to mid mpg number, heck I drove a truck for 2 years without a fuel gauge and I never once ran out of fuel..- 06 Dodge

CP4 recall. New sound
Don't recall the proper wording but the pump should have been timed when it was installed to help reduce the pulsating type knocking noise you are hearing. Here is an older post about it on Cummins Forum from 2017 that I think may apply to you...- 06 Dodge

The problem is with all of this is at the feet of your CARB they are the ones who caused all of this BS not Ram or Cummins, if the update caused a problem the dealer needs to fix it, my guess is they may have messed up some where an now they don't want to take the blame for there mistake, that...- 06 Dodge

I have never used or even seen this place, I'm not sure why they don't show the filter when inputting the correct Mopar part number and I would have no trust in a web site that can't find the part when using the correct Mopar part number... What does your owners manual state as for time or miles? My 22 owners manual states, " If using your vehicle for police, taxi, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing change the axle fluid at 22500 or 18 months." I think its sad that it does not say when to change it out if your not towing...- 06 Dodge

Umm no your mistaken, the rear fuel filter for 2019 to 2024 Ram trucks is FS_68436631AA, I would not use after market filter an risk my warranty... Also would not buy it off Amazon or E-bay to many fake filters sold there- 06 Dodge

When I did mine on my old 06 many years ago I put OEM back in, I'm sure you can find better then OEM ( everyone has there own opinion of what brand it best) the quality of OEM has goin down, I would not spend the 2K to change over to unlocking hub don't think it would pay for it self if fuel...- 06 Dodge

If it had been a pre hydraulic Cummins I would of thought it might be possible do to fact the oil pressure was to low for the gauge to read yet it could still run as iirc the Cummins only needs like 7-8 psi to stay running...- 06 Dodge
