What has been you're Ram experiences
One would think Dodge/Ram/Stellantis would have figured out how to fix the manifold bolts on the 5.7's by now. I guess it's cheaper to fix the ones that break than fix the problem completely. SMH- Wanted33

Truck has been sitting - New engine worth it?
That's a tough decision I'm sure. Just some food for thought here. Wholesale prices for used vehicles is falling fast right now due to the inflation causing loan rate hikes. Just a thought. Check the PSI in your tires. Too much, and you'll feel evry little bad spot in the road. I'm worse than Cheech as I know zip about lifts, but I can see where the spring rating that comes with the lift could cause some rough rides. It is a good looking truck for sure, and I hope... -

Yep, it sounds like your parking sensors are picking up something. That can be disabled in the settings of the infotainment system if you want. BTW, you could have some dirt/gunk on/around the sensors. Maybe try cleaning them could help.- Wanted33

IMHO don't overthink it. Just take care of your truck, and it will take care of you. If you can't get the tick, etc out of your mind maybe get yourself an extended warranty (a genine MOPAR warranty, not a third party). Ram UConnect software stuff - worth it?
Mine came with all that stuff, and all is use is the navigation. And, I don't use that unless I'm on a longer trip. However, that Harmon Kardon was worth the dough for me. I do likes my music.......:)- Wanted33

power deployable running boards slow or close
No sir, the speed is the speed. My previous truck (F-150) had the power steps, and I knew my Ram would have to have them. I've never had a problem with the speed of the deployment in either. Unless your a first responder I don't think you will have a problem with the speed. I would be hard... -

Very true. My '22 1500 5.7L with the 3:21's is within a gnats hair of yours. We're taking it on it's inagural road trip tomorrow. Make it easy on yourself, call one of your local auto parts store, i.e. Advance, AutoZone, etc. to get the best price. Then if possible find a friend to jump Big Red, and take it to the best price Auto Parts Store. They will change it out for free. You've got more important things to do right...- Wanted33

Yes sir, that's the reasons my '22 1500 has the plain old 5.7L. Plus after reading threads about the E-Torque mpgs, I just didn't see the need. Carven Progressive Exhaust ordered! Am I gonna like it?
I seriously think some people have no idea what "drone" sounds like. They confuse the sound of the exhaust with actual drone. Once you have owned an exhaust with drone you won't forget that aggravating sound. I experienced that years back with my first set on Flowmasters I installed on an F-150.- Wanted33

When buying pre owned I'm a fan of non-modded vehicles. You have no way of knowing who did the mods, and if they were done correctly. The black one is my choice.
