    Vacuum line was indeed disconnected. Must have happened while installing some of the spark plugs just in front of the driver's position. Thank you all for your help !

    Thank you. I was cruising some other Dodge forums last night and found descriptions of similar issues which pointed to this possible cause. As it pertains to Crazzywolfie's question : no, there are no puddles or leaks whatsoever. I'll check later today and report back.

    Thank you Sir ! Well, the exhaust seems to make a weird sound at low rpm when under heavier load (e.g. going up a hill). Last year when I bought the car I was warned that it would need a new exhaust sooner than later. I had it inspected by a dealer. Car came out perfect aside from this one issue.
