Is the light actually out or do you just have a message that it is? If it's just the message but the light actually works, check the third brake light. It will cause that message
From my reading, 2018s are fairly notorious for the problem you're describing. Do a forum search for "delamination" and you're bound to find a lot of posts describing the problem and potential fixes.
You'll probably have better luck posting in the 3rd Gen section instead of the "how to use the forum" section

He was using JSCAN

Do a search on here and there are several posts about it. There's also a rather lengthy thread about AlphaOBD on this forum if you choose to go that route
I'm pretty sure the "rotting from the inside out" comment was made in regards to the oil pan, not body panels. If water and salt got in to eat the oil pan from the inside out, there were some other issues.
This link has the height listed at 6' 5" - ~6' 6"

I have a 2016 Sport that won't clear the 6' 6" clearance in the parking garage at work. Measured to the top of the shark fin I get around 6' 8". I agree with it being...
My 2016 does the same with the camera. I've basically been blaming it on slightly loose connections and keep meaning to grab some dielectric grease to see if it helps at all but it happens so infrequently it doesn't bother me that much.
The taillight thing happens too. It's been noted around...
No pics because it was hot and I wanted to get done. Hauled a queen box spring and mattress 3 1/2 hours away to Alabama to move my daughter to a new apartment 30 minutes away from her old one. Moved everything in a few trips across town and hauled the old, heavy, antique full bed (frame...
Do you have anything on the seat when this is happening? I don't know how the Rams decide if there is a passenger but on my Jetta having a phone charging in the seat makes it think there is. I purposely don't leave anything charging on passenger seats now because of how annoying that was...
Oil change yesterday. Dealer changed it before I bought the truck, no idea what was in it but appeared to be a generic, maybe Mopar filter. Now full of PUP with a Royal Purple filter. Just a little messy but not as bad as I was expecting
I believe you are describing the shift interlock, which is totally normal

Rockauto has MOPAR steering shaft for a bit over $200 that may work depending on your exact configuration

I pulled mine just because the instructions said to. I was actually going to see if it would go back on this afternoon but now that it seems like it does I'll just put it back on without needing to check anything myself.
I'm cheap and use a variety of 18V and 40V Ryobi tools. Most recent acquisition was an 18V 1/2" impact for control arm and ball joint work on my daughter's Jeep, and a lower ball joint on my wife's Santa Fe that I wasn't expecting to fix. The cordless worked great on everything except getting...
