Front diff questions is it a Chrysler 8” Ifs or a 9.25
I can’t seem to figure it out. the vin decodes 205m I have 12 bolts on cover rock auto contradicts the cover bolts by saying the 8” has 10 bolts And I’m not certain what I have 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 has 9.25 rear Unknown front lol? Any help???- JustMakingDreams

2008 ram 1500 3.55 to 4.56 ring gear swap carrier switch issue ?
2008 dodge ram 1500 3.55 to 4.56 gear in rear with spicer 80754 carrier not clearing the pinion gear. I have the slightly beefier 06-08 9.25 housing. which if I a reading correctly will need ground down to clear the gear. what about the carrier? it hits when spinning ? from what I see guys...- JustMakingDreams
