Seat Belt Stuck (Rear Seat)
Update: The problem wasn't necessarily the seatbelt mechanism itself, but rather the rear bench seat wouldn't lift up. I had to lubricate the mechanism that allowed the bench seat to fold up and down - whenever the seatbelt gets stuck, I just fully open and close the rear bench seat and it fixes... -

That's a good deal, that's what my father suggested, also. It never gets below zero here where I live, but my truck has a towing package and a 5th wheel - although I never use it. We save the water that comes out of our dehumidifier, and I just pour it through some cheesecloth stuff into clean storage tanks.
