I ordered the class 3 receiver that has a bolt coming down thru the hole where th ball is presently an cpl bolts you fish into place from the back. Looking at the class 4. Does that mount to the frame over the existing factory hitch? Or wld I plan to drop off the bumper and thn the existing...- e-iowa-o
