Seriously, HOW DO I EFFECTIVELY REMOVE THIS KIND OF CRAP!?!?!
Try Charcoal lighter fluid, squirt a bit on and let it soak then use PLASTIC razor blades and scrape it off, Worked great on the glue and crap on my 5th wheel trailers decals and glue. -

Am I asking too much from the dealer
If they have a social media page go there and give a clean and well described review, I did the last time I was in the dealer for a warranty fix. and they ended up buying me a full tank of diesel for their lack of customer care.- Bouncer
