I would check the 3rd brake light first, much easier than removing the seat and that’s what caused the same exact issue for me. The gasket around the light dries out the the water runs down the back wall of the cab. You will see water evidence behind the light.
Just purchased my dad’s truck from my step mom. I always loved it and he took great care of it being a total Mopar fanatic. We are burying him today but I will be cruising with pride in his ride.
