    This is funny, I bought my new 3500 cuz my 1500 w/20s needed tires. It was "cheaper".... Haha, obviously there was a little more that went into it than that. Especially since I bought a 3500 with 20s! [emoji15]

    Smell - am I being crazy?

    Is it a mildew type smell? My wife's car has smells like mildew sometimes and the "fix" is not to run the a/c on recirc for the last 5-10 mins. Has something to do with moisture build up, when I start noticing it I spray Lysol in the cowl where the air comes in.

    I'm sure it's opinion, my dad loved his stock lights but he was coming from a 99 Dakota, I bitched about my stockers instantly but I was coming from a 10 4Runner that had great lights. All I can say is that when my Quads were stock, I always had my fog lights on in conjunction with the headlights.

    If you're gonna go stock use the "Quads", that's the ones with 2 bulbs. All the stock lights a pretty terrible IMO but the quads definitely look better.

    Travel trailer advice

    I towed a 28' with my CC 1500, roughly 7500#. It towed nice, no issues. I did upgrade to a HD but not because of the trucks capabilities, mainly because of payload. It never felt unsafe though.

    Projector Headlights

    There's a flap (I guess that's what I'll call it) that blocks the top half of the projector I believe. When brights go on that moves up out of the way and allows all the light to shine. Could be wrong though.

    I had to have the tailgate of my 1500 repainted about 2 months after I bought it. I planned on a fight with the dealer but they took pics and an hour later called back and said they approved it.

    Looked at mine this morning, looks like there really isn't any cooling right behind there. Maybe different on a diesel though? They may have an intercooler in that area???

    cleaning tinted windows...

    My wife has some towels from Norwex (I think) and they're great, just use water and one towel then the second towel polishes. The lady sold them to her by writing on my sliding glass with a stick of butter and cleaning it with only water.

    I do tow a 32' tt, but the light would be easy to remove as long as I manufactured some type of plug in the harness.
