If you do some searching around the internet, you will find that the filter issue is a 5th gen only problem. Still doesn't seem like there is a lot of information on why but there are a few TSBs out for updating the filter part number.- Diller

Small update. Took the truck back in on the 8th and they checked a few sensors and pulled the DPF to see if it was overly sooty but didn't find anything. Got the truck back and started to have more frequent regens until I finally got another CEL. Truck going back to the dealership tomorrow...- Diller

Well it didn't take long to see if the swapped parts fixed the problem. Two more regens this week at 160 and 170 miles between regens. Going back to the dealership Monday for more diagnostics.- Diller

Well I was able to get back to the dealership yesterday. Looks like they replaced 6 rockers and 12 pushrods. I asked the service manager what tests were performed or how it was diagnosed. 2020 ram 2500 clicking noise front left side of truck. When turned off
I always thought it was the EGR/throttle blade actuating. Seems kind of loud and high in the engine bay for the DEF pump.- Diller

3500 DRW or SRW?
Ram's website is a little screwy when looking at payload and towing. I could be wrong but that center one has the numbers for the DRW. the SRW option is the on on the far left.- Diller

I have a 2022 3500 SRW with no air suspension and you can expect it to ride like a truck. Coming from a 2006 DWR the suspension is much better composed but the ride is still on the stiffer side. Bad white smoke at start up
Typically no fuel additives are going to help if the injectors are not working properly. 200-250K miles is where most people get before new injectors. The 5.9 is known for reliability but the 6.7 with the emissions equipment removed seems to be holding up just fine. Maintenance log?
I just keep a small notepad in my truck and log all maintenance. Low tech but easy to keep up to date. There are several apps out there that help with alerts but require you to log mileage and I'm not good enough to keep that up to date.- Diller
