    It couldn’t roll. If I reverse it or drive forward the left wheel will do a quarter rotation at best and stop. I disconnected all tubes/cables going to the brake It is a 4x4

    Okay. Update: I completely disconnected the brake and it still would roll. Maybe a wheel barring?

    I didn’t try that but I did get all of the air out of the brake lines

    Yes I used brand new brakes and calipers. The brake line appeared to be fine
