You'd need a 6.5" CST lift and body lift most likely they only suggest 35s on the 6" -

If your not planning on serious engine mods like supercharger cams etc it should be fine diablo offers custom tunes but no real need unless you do more mods- ramin44s

Bilstein 2.8" + 3" PA BL + 20x12 + 35x12.50
Loved your 2wd followed it through its stages that was a nice truck, 3500 looks good to I say just do a 6" rcx lift and run the x12s and 35s I thinkyoud still make it in the garage also you'd have the option to add bilsteins or body lift later on if you decide to -
*new* 4.5" 2wd lift spindles
The CST comes powder coated and isn't cast iron which I like better but I those still would get the job done -
