You mean getting the hub out of the hub carrier/knuckle?
Depending on corrosion buildup you just beat the piss out of it for a couple hours usually.
Generally if you can get it to spin just a little it comes out enough you can get some chisels under the bolt flanges and work your way around.
Every Dodge since the 80s has wires that break in the door hinge after 8-10 years. At least in colder climates I am familiar with.
As is to be expected I have repaired 4 wires in my 06 Stratus in the last year, and the 04 ram window control has a broken wire in the door I have not fixed yet.
