    Well it took alot longer then I was expecting, but it is finally installed :D It looks great underneath there and sounds so much better! I punched it on the way home earlier and I swear it sounded like a turbo spooling :pedobear: So much badassness!

    Muffler weld on

    What is the typical cost a shop charges to weld on a muffler and run some pipe back to dump over the rear axle? Going to get it done tomorrow and I got quoted $50. Pretty fair I think, don't ya'll?

    While cleaning up my wheels and tires with the rotors and brakes still hot, they started smoking when I sprayed water on them. Now I know that might lead to warped rotors, so I tried to avoid spraying them after that. What got me to thinking though is, we all wash our trucks at car washes...

    Ummm...

    Can someone tell me what this is? I'm guessing it's the magnet that sits inside the differential housing, but look closer... It's bent up. The gears seem to look good though, no missing teeth or anything. Thoughts?

    Tire question

    The tires on my dad's truck are 285/65/R18. I found a tire on eBay for a good price... but it's 265/60/R18. Is there a huge difference in the size to where it'd be noticable looking at it and driving? Also found a 255/55/R18 for even cheaper, would it work?

    I've looked all over the internet and haven't been able to find a DIY on swapping rear axles on my truck... Does anyone know of one on here or some other forum? I'm pretty sure I know what to do, I just want to have something to go off though when we do it.

    3815 update compatibility

    I have the 3815 and updated it awhile back so it has the data logging app. Well I plugged it in to the truck and it won't work... Is it because I have an older truck? The sticker on it does say 03-07 Hemi, but it still tunes my truck fine.
