Whistling(feedback type) noise while braking above 40mph

This is interesting. I just had my eTorque replaced, but it was doing it prior to that as well.

Whistling(feedback type) noise while braking above 40mph

2019 RAM 1500 5.7 Etorque. Does anyone know what this could be? It is not a "physical braking" noise like (grinding, squeeling, etc) but more of a high pitch whistling/feedback type noise when going over 40mph and/or coming down a steep decline/slowing down. I would compare it to a high pitch...

Can anyone tell me what’s wrong?

https://youtube.com/shorts/7ArIALwe3lo?feature=share Trying to determine what this whining is. Real bad at startup, quiets some when warm. Pressing gas revs the whine, especially at slow speeds.

Do I need a press for rear struts.

Do I need a press for rear struts.

No I am only leveling(raising the front). The whole reason I am getting the quickFit is so I don't need the compression tool needed. But I figured I would change out the rear while I'm at it, but if I needed to special tool I won't do the rear.

Do I need a press for rear struts.

So they will just bolt on? This is the set I was looking at and it doesn't seem to have a coil for the rear set.

Do I need a press for rear struts.

I am getting the quickFit leveling struts from Rancho to replace my front struts. Do I need a press to replace the rear struts like I would for the front if I didn't get the quickFit. 2013 Ram 1500 Bighorn quad.

    So I have air suspension?

I want to install new rancho complete leveling strut assemblies on my truck. It says they fit on my model without air suspension. I'm pretty sure I don't but just double checking. 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn 5.7L Quad. How would I check?

I need nerf bars that bolt to frame

Update: I just cut a piece of a truss hanger off that I had hanging around the gargage (heavier sheet metal) and used self tapping screws to repair the hole after hammering it back to close to where it was suppose to be. Seems to have done the trick.

Excuse my ignorance but what is the difference between a rock slider and a nerf?

Great. I may need a heavy duty piece of sheet metal.

I need nerf bars that bolt to frame

I bought some cheapy nerf bars. The were pretty good and had mounts that attatched to the existing holes in the body. I decided one night to kiss the side of a gigantic snowbank coming out of a parking lot and it destroyed the body hole to the point that a new mount will no longer attach to the...

    Bed Rug

Well I called bedrug and they sent more velcro no questions asked. Yeah I probably won't have any reason to remove it either so as long as I can secure it I don't really care about removal. I'm sure I could get more velcro if needed if need be. Happy with my first service encounter!

    Bed Rug

All of mine stuck great. EXCEPT at then top. The metal directly below the tailgate cap is a dip and not flat, this still worked for you?

    Bed Rug

You could remove yours without the backing coming off?

    Bed Rug

Does it touch the plastic cap or only on metal? Does the backing stay on the truck when you remove the rug?

    Bed Rug

I recently put a bedrug in the back of my 13 Ram. I am having a hard time determining where on the top of the tailgate the rug is suppose to end. It seems to fall half on the tailgate cap and half off. This as you can imagine didn't work and is now coming off, so I have to get new velcro. Just...
