Cold weather obsevations

Automatic car wash
Is there anyway, or products I can use that would make it safer to use an automatic car wash? Every time I go to work my truck gets filthy, parked for a day and a half at a rail yard. Stock ride height.
Do the Laramie's and higher trim level 1500's sit a little lower than the express, seems like my truck sits a lot higher than some others I've seen, none of the others had air suspension, but I do have the tow package.- Z77Z77Z
