Thanks everyone for the hospitality! I've been on google reading what I can bare. I was thinking of trading up to a cummins before I went actually. My wants are overwhelmingly beating my needs right now... Just installed my train horn too. My dad took a video of it and dropped the phone it was...

    Moving out to Cali!J

Got a job offer in Riverside, CA. Moving from Indiana. Question is are there any crazy rules for lifted trucks I should think about? I have a 4.5" lift with a hemi. nothing crazy. I understand the emissions stuff and mud flaps are mandatory. Just curious 'cause I know Cali has strict rules for...

Holy water in my catch can batman!

    K. I'll stop feeling scurred. That's what I was hoping it was, but was blown away at how much had accumulated in a "short" amount of time. Thanks! Austin

Holy water in my catch can batman!

Ya I've had mine for 6000 miles now. Usually dump it every thousand and there hasn't been anything but an inch of oil and no crud. This was 3 inches of water at least, didn't look right at all. Makes me nervous for having that much. I'm thinking maybe it's cause of relatively short...

Holy water in my catch can batman!

I checked my catch can today (little spring clean up) after about 1200 miles since my last check. Well, it was full...of water!Probably about a half inch oil, mixed with three inches of water. Clear up to the bottom of the mesh stuff. That's a lot of fluid in a short amount of time. Honestly...

    Wiring diagram

Could anybody point me in the direction of a thread that might already have a wiring diagram for the 2014 5.0 uconnect? I'm splicing into my speaker wires and need to know color codes. My search didn't yield anything useful. Thanks! Austin

    DiabloSport...cooling fan on problem

Ya I looked through that. I guess at first I was confused with the A/C on stuff. "It's winter, my a/c isn't on!" Is what I told myself. Yep pretty dumb I know. I m headed outside to check now and change. Austin

    DiabloSport...cooling fan on problem

Hey so I'm getting ready to buy the hemifever. Fer now I have just the DS canned 87 with throttle tweaked up a bit. I noticed since I installed the tune that my cooling fan comes on, a LOT. It's 5 degree's outside and I don't sit idle very long. And when it does turn in, it stays on until I turn...

Sorry about quality. These are the TrueEdge flares. $600 painted to match from the company. I like them. Fit is almost perfect. I apologize for getting these up so late. Austin

    Let's See Your Flares!

Check out TrueEdge flares. On eBay they sell color matched or flat black. I bought the color matched (black PX8) ones for $600 and the color matched perfect. Way cheaper than the whackers and they look just like them. The fit was pretty nice too. Not 100% but seriously I'm not complaining at...

    30" light bar on 2500

I have the tow hooks installed, and there is +\- 30" of space between the hooks. I'm wanting to mount a light bar in between. Just curious before I purchase if anyone has done this. Some light bars say 30" and others 32" on websites, but through the grapevine heard they really are the same...

    Cold Feet

I bought my 2500 on a whim. Went to buy a 1500, saw the 2500 sitting next to it and in every way it looked bigger and badder. I bought it. Year later and I love it. Absolutely love it. Except I shoulda got the Cummins. Austin

    Extra maintenance with a lift

My '14 2500 only has 3k miles so far. 6" lift. 37" rubber. 3.73 gears. Anyone who's running something similar with more miles, what, if any extra maintenance do you have to do and expect on a lifted truck ? Anything crazy unexpected? I'm expecting tie rod ends, u joints and similar to go...

    UConnect issues with Bluetooth

I had the same problem also. I don't know if this was the actual fix but when I did this it helped. I connected my friends phone to my uconnect and then played around with it. Aka trying to delete my phone again and delete his and so on. It finally worked with one of those combinations of back...
