Advice for Replacement Tires for 5th Gen Ram 1500
The Michelin Defender LTX 285/45/R22 is about as good as you are going to do. Also, they have an XL, (extra load) which I need for my heavy SUV, and which you should not need. AC temperature at vents
I have a 2019 1500 Limited. The A/C was not putting out very cool air. On hot days, the A/C did a really poor job of cooling. I took truck to dealer and they re-charged the A/C. Switching to 87 octane?
I get about 2 miles more with my Limited, 1500, 2019, 5.7 V8 E-torque, using 89 octane over 87 octane. So, it depends on the cost spread between 87 and 89 octane. How effective is your air con on new 2500's?

I have a 2019 limited 1500 that does not get very cool on warm days. I took into dealer and they told me it had low fill from factory and recharged the system. I have a 2019 etorque 5.7 Limited and it does not get anywhere near the mileage rating. About 16 mpg in town, but I live in a town with lots of hilly roads. Local dealer ticked me off
Tires are guaranteed by the tire companies, not the dealer. There was or should be warranty papers for tire brand that came with truck. Not sure transfers to second buyer but should.- tom martley

Window Tint?
The window tint guys can make your front match the factory windows in the back. I did this and works great. Knocks down all the sun rays to an un-noticeable level. Too dark is problem, especially at night.- tom martley
