    For those that it might interest the MOPAR part number is 68324960AB. They are currently in shortage, however I was able to source them cheaper on Rock Auto... And by cheaper I mean ½ the price and they are MOPAR OEM... Go figure!

That is of course assuming you have already removed the brake calipers and brackets. Make sure you are not letting the calipers hang by the hose. Bungee cords are perfect to hold them...
