I had the same worries. I found a truck that I really wanted but it had the 3.21 gears. I went ahead and traded my 2019 longhorn anyway for a 2020 Built-to-serve edition with the 3.21's. I then put a 2" RC level kit and a set of 35" Nitto's. (295/65r20) No searching for gears at any speed range...
When I type my vin on the uconnect website it says mine is up to date. It does seem like a software update could fix the problem though..

I'm having the same issue. Samsung Note 8. Just traded a 2016 Ram 2500. My 2016 sounded like the person on the other end of the conversation was in the truck with you. The new one seems to work better as the person on the other end talks further away from their mic. I bet a software update could...
I would like to know as well. I thought it was the hill assist so I disengaged it but I still feel a weird grunt almost like the brakes are sticking when I come to a stop and start to take off. I bought my truck a week ago. It was a demo so it has 5k miles on it. 2014 5.7 liter 8-speed.
Just wanted to introduce myself. Long time F-150 owner new Ram owner. First project will probably probably the remote start. I've been snooping around for a few days hoping to learn a few things. Located in the Baton Rouge area of Louisiana.
