You can't go wrong with Kore, Thuren, Lorenz,, and Carli. For comfort will be the Thuren, and Lorenz. Kore being the stiffness of the 4, but the Kore soaks up the bumps, rides better when off roading. You definitely need to upgrade the front, and back shocks. I would go with Bilsteins 5100's or tbe Fox shocks, you want more comfort, and control go with Fox shocks. Front Shocks 04 Ram 3500
Bilstein 5100's shocks are okay, I had them on my 6.7 Cummins for about 3 years. I upgraded to the Fox shocks 2.0 reservoir, much better shocks than the Bilsteins. Oil Change-different stories
The most important is to stay with the same oil. Some guys will use a different oil at every oil change. Very important to use the same oil, rather it's conventional, or a synthetic.
