Absolutely feel for ya! My Ram is no longer with me due to losing a battle with a light pole with the center of the truck! Best wishes and speedy recovery!

Sooo.... called the dealer here in anchorage and they patched me through to Ram customer care. Got a case number and was told I’d be contacted in 3-4 days.

Damn! They said that was from the side? Clearly looks like it’s the front! I know line is definitely the front and still no airbags!

Mine is a ‘14 and I’m always checking the recall site and my VIN never produced any hits that I can remember involving the airbags.
Going to call the dealer and double check here in a few. I’ll post what they say a little later.

Thank you good sir. I don’t think I had any outstanding recalls since the dealer is the only one to touch the truck for any work but I’ll start by calling them.
Loved ones are ok as it was just me in the truck trying to avoid an idiot wanting to turn left across 3 lanes into a parking lot form...
Is there anybody here that can point me in the direction of contacting someone at Dodge/Ram regarding airbags that did NOT deploy after truck vs light pole?

Not sure what you call them either but I’d try a simple solution like “wipe new”. Before spending cash on it. Or look into a spray in bed liner.

Yeah I. Price a lot of sway when I take sweeping curves on the hwy (alaska) just want to stiffen it up a bit while giving me a bit of an upgrade and one step closer to a new set of wheels and tires. MAYBE. I like the rake I have now but would be nice to have them on if I decide to get wheels...
how much better is the ride quality and road handling of your suspension with the bilstein adjustable. I think it's the 5100 most are running. Still using stock 20" wheels and stock tire size just using the Toyo Open Country A/T

Excellent advice guys. Thanks a lot. I am fairly new to trucks but kept it "MOPAR or NO CAR" and don't want to be doing more than what she can do.
I understand I'm going to have some sag but I'm ok with that.

Thanks for the heads up. i got those numbers off here:
Ram Trucks - Towing Guide - Capacity Chart punched in my vin under the "look my vehicle up" option but will stick to what the door sticker says.
I'll post pics up when i get all loaded down and ready to roll.
I'm assuming only 7-8k...
hey all, I would like to extend thanks to all who view and essentially comment here.
I will be partaking in a nice alaskan caribou hunt here in a few days and was looking for some advice from others that have previously towed.
This will be my first time towing and i'll have a 16' flat trailer...
