There is no difference in those body parts from the express model to the sport or even the limited. The should and all the same size and shape. Ram is not making different sizes that wouldn't be cost effective. Maybe you have some frame damage. Maybe the alignment is off. Or the body shop...
At start up MDS doesn't matter. You should be able to start it and idle and drive it with just turning MDS off by using the gear button. Put in 8th and no MDS. Your best bet is to get a tune though for everyday driving.
Loved the intake. From the look to the performance and sound. The only thing I can think of because it's plastic. From the heat and cold cycles I'm sure it gets brittle. Little disappointed.
I just posted in the for sale section parts from a Vararam intake. To the guys or gals who have one check the base plate for cracks. Mine developed two big cracks by where the intake tube is. So disappointed by this. Always knew quality was suspicious with this intake. Just throwing this out...
My Vararam base developed cracks so I have these good parts leftover. Everyone who owns one should check the base where the silicone tube attaches to the bottom. Asking $125.00 for the package. Plus shipping.
So I ended up taking the seat cushion off. Found that the seat track itself squeaks from the back left side. A little more digging on the internet I found that the seat track needs replacing. Seems this is a quiet issue with Ram trucks. Thanks to everyone's response.
So I traded my '14 Express with 130,000 miles in last November for a '21 Warlock. Been a little disappointed with the build quality on this truck. My drivers seat makes creaking and popping noises everytime you hit bumps or move in the seat. Its pretty loud to. Took it to the dealership and they...
There is videos on YouTube. You can do it. When I did my cam and lifters on my "14 I had to remove the oil pump to do the timing. I ground down a wrench to fit in between the pan and oil pump. It was a pain in the ass to get the bolt back in. Any way it can be done.
Did you use Texas Speed lifters? My opinion is there lifters are weak. I used there lifters when I did a cam swap and they were always noisey. I think there is a video from MMX on youtube showing they are some chinese junk. I ended up just trading my truck in for a new 2021 Warlock. Let the mods...
In my opinion for a daily rig don't use a Vararam. It does not filter well. Take it from experience. Had it on my truck for close to 70,000 miles. Mine is sitting in my storage unit as I type.
Now as far as performance goes there is no other intake out there. You definitely feel the...
So Ford does not sell Lemons? Do a little more research on fords issues. Every truck manufacturer has issues. Ford is not free of them. Buy what you like and enjoy.

I had to fabricate my own wrench to loosen the pick up tube to oil pump bolt. It was a pain in the ass to get that bolt out. I grinded down the head of the wrench and bent it at a slight angle. I stuffed rags in the oil pan just in case I dropped the bolt. After you get that bolt out I took out...
I got my Mopar non MDS Cam off Rock Auto. I bought a cam out of a 2500 5.7 Hemi. My Lifters I bought from Texas Speed for like 225 for the set. The gaskets and head bolts from Rock Auto as well. My cam and crankshaft bolt from High Horse Power Racing. I forget the total cost but I want to say I...
You can peice together a kit cheaper then most vendors. Alot of these kits are over kill for the daily driver. Look at Fel-Pro for all the gaskets and head bolts. Buy a non mds cam off Rock Auto. Get your lifters from Texas Speed and Performance.

I guess you should buy a Tesla. Every truck maker has issues. GM has lifter failures as well. Ford gas engines have their issues. I'm sure your warranty took care of the problem.
