PLug and play LED headlights
So are the LED bulbs a decent upgrade to the stock quad low beam headlights? I understand HIDs are better, at least in the opinion of a majority of this forum's members. Obviously adding a lightbar or other auxillary lights will increase output also. Are you happy with the LED buld as a low beam... -

Like the topic says, I was hoping someone can tell me how to remove the glass from the side mirrors and get to the wiring for the puddle light through the mirror assembly. I added LED strip light to the rocker panels on both side of the truck to provide more lighting in the dark of the nerf... -

Awesome, thank you! I got a cheap set of trim removal tools form Harbor Freight a while ago. Probably the best thing I've bought there. Hopefully get this done over the weekend. -

Thanks! I've pulled several panels by now but I don't think I have pulled that one yet. Any tricks to it or is it another "pull firm and gentle"? Do you think I will have any issues with electrical error messages with this? -

I'm wanting to install an LED strip on the rocker panels along my nerf bars. Tired of stepping in dog poo when I leave for work in the morning. Is anybody still following this thread? I have been wanting to do the nerf bar lights for a little bit and just happened to come across this. It's a pretty simple install, my only question is what do I tie into to power the lights? Which wire (color and location) do I use. I don't have foot well... -

alternatives to HID's
Blackbeauty, have you personally used these lights? From what I have read the LED headlights are significantly brighter but lack in distance, even compared to the stock halogen. Personally, I would prefer to go this route rather than wiring in HIDs, but haven't seen too many good reviews on the... -
