    I ran my trigger for my relay from my high-beam wire through a switch to the relay. This gives me the option of running high beams with or without the light bar. I can't run the light bars, (the bigger ones anyway) without both the switch and the high beams being on. killing the high beams...

    Spray epoxy... spray both surfaces and let it tack up before you stick together. Make sure you've done your fitment first as it will never be coming off again. Use a heat gun to help form into and around complex corners

    80,000 total... lol... I happen to have 6 10" rigid bars behind the grill plus 4 pods in the fog light openings. I agree that lumens is a totally smoke and mirrors, I was just making a statement to caption the picture.
