Has anyone here tried these front struts?
Currently have a 6" pro comp lift on my 1500 and want to replace the front shocks. I'm undecided if I should go with these or the adjustable bilsteins. The pro comp lift keeps the stock rake which drives me nuts. I know the bilsteins would fix this but...
I cleaned some grime off the latch and lubed up the cable. Played with the mechanism a bit and seems to be operating properly. Since it doesn't pop regularly I guess I will just have to wait and see if it does it again.

I have a 2016 sport and the hood has popped randomly twice in the last 6 months. The first time it popped I was going about 70mph and the 2nd time about 50mph. Maybe I am not slamming it closed hard enough. Has anyone else had the happen?

No the dealer contracted them out to another company. Along with 6" lift, rims, tires, flares, flaps, exhaust and tonneau

Honestly i don't know. The dealer weaseled them into the price. I asked for a complete breakdown of the extras and the stripes weren't on it.

Nice Rig. Good to see another stinger yellow in the group. We have the flowmaster 10 series cat back put on. We wanted it loud. Our 05 ram had 2 dual thrush 3" glass packs on it and the new one is not as loud but still one of the louder gas jobs on the road. I will try and remember to get a...
I thought it was going to be pretty easy until I had to remove the whole grill. Which isn't that hard you just need to be careful to not break the 4 clips that hold the bottom in. Youtube has some videos that show how easy it is.
I tried some plasti dip. Eventually going to get the honeycomb grill but this will do for now.
To remove the bottom slat in each hole I had to remove the grill completely. Pain in the ass because you can access the clips for all the other ones from the front.
When we got our truck the dealer got a 3rd party company to install the lift and extras. The 3rd party company warranties all the stuff they installed and was actually better than the basic warranty that the dealer offers
The service guy was unaware that it didn't have one. He went and talked to a tech and came back with this information. They were more than happy and willing to install it but I figured I would check here first and i will probably do it myself.
They said it may mess up the climate control somehow. Either way I am going to get it done, just thought I would check the forum first. You guys answered just as I thought you would. Always have dust on the dash shortly after detailing and I hope this solves it.
Brought the truck in for an oil change and asked about the cabin air filter mod. The dealer says that it is known to cause problems with the heating system and since winter is coming that it wouldn't be a good time to try it. They also said that if they installed it they wouldn't be able to...
