    I came up with same idea a couple years ago but Installed them in the recessed area of the door panel so they are kinda hidden but they glow red so easy to find in the dark.     Thats actually a pretty standard and reasonable price. You have to look at what your getting. Anywhere else is around $300 to $400 for a custom 3rd brake light that is similar too then you add in the baja S2 lights that cost $300 to $400. So yea it's about the average price for what your getting.

    Yea to change your bulbs to LED and not get codes and messages you have to use software like alfaOBD on a tablet to go in and tell the truck that you have LED's now so it doesn't freak out. I freaking love that alfaOBD software. You can do so much to your truck that even the chrysler techs can't...
