my 2015 laramie has power folding mirrors so it was an option at the time. One of two things happened.
1. your truck had a mistake in the option coeds listed
2. prvious owner added the option when the truck did not have them originally
Either way doesnt matter, you have them now and the dealer...
While big lifts can look good your axles mostly stay the same height as far as ground clearance. 3" lift is all you need with the 40 inch tires and the AEV flares and suspension keeping your center of gravity down as low as possible making for an awesome performing offroad suspension with the...
Yes it clears fine. with the AEV flares you cut out about 4 inches of sheet metal around the opening and you cut out the cab corner and install a plate that is riveted and seam sealed then you put in their wheel well liners and it is nice and open. The flares are a pain in the ass to install...
Just a 3" AEV lift and flares to fit 40's for better articulation over rocks and things. And it rides really nice and I still get 20mpg on the highway with the 4.88 gears
I have Milestar Patagonia tires, they are getting great reviews everywhere and Im very happy with them so far. Extremely quiet and yet grippy like a mud tire.
I've had issue with 3rd brake light. Your best option is make sure you have an LED 3rd brake light so you never need to change the bulb again and seal it with silicone or your choice of sealant.
In my case I went and bought a light from JG motorsports with baja S2 lights in it and a NMO antenna...
I dont see any purpose for seat covers and things, it doesnt stop dogs from shedding. You still would have to clean the hair up. who cares if its on the leather its easier to wipe up and vacuum
You obviously don't love your dogs enough if your worried about shedding in your truck.....just kidding. I gave up trying to keep my truck clean of dog hair lol it is a truck after all
I put a 6 position fuse box with ground lug built in under my front dash. I mounted it to the brace that was under there. I then ran a 8awg power and ground wire to it, the power wire is run to a relay so it will sitch power on and off with the key switch.
I have my HAM radio and all the USB...
Front doors pretty much the same as back doors. i just didnt need them in the doors up front. I created a ireless charger cradle for my phone in the front console. I took apart a wireless charger and epoxied the coil and electronics to the back of this cradle thats made for dodge rams to fit...
I deleted my truck and put the flo pro 4" exhaust with muffler and I loved that its not too loud but has a groul. But I did have a bad drove at around 2000rpm.
I played around with the idea of building a custom J-pipe at the proper length to eliminate drone but the hard part was finding room to...
My truck is deleted already and I wanted a better way to escape the crank case then just running a hose under the truck. I did that initially but I noticed I sometimes would still smell the crank case gases wafting up and into the side window.
SO I replaced my valve cover which completely...
I went to my dealer and laid out my vehicle title, insurance card showing VIN, and my ID and at first the parts guy refused to give me my pin and I argued it's my truck and I am not leaving without my PIN and demanded the manager who came and looked at all my documentation and said "give it to...
I came up with same idea a couple years ago but Installed them in the recessed area of the door panel so they are kinda hidden but they glow red so easy to find in the dark. I also added on in the glovebox for my extra iphone which just holds all my music to always be plugged in and hidden away.
yea sounds like you have a lot of worn parts. But I would drive it till it dies. My 1957 Buick, when I bought it 15 years ago it had the original engine still and always read very low pressure like around 15 to 30psi but I continued to drive it for years like that and it never let me down lol...
Thats actually a pretty standard and reasonable price. You have to look at what your getting. Anywhere else is around $300 to $400 for a custom 3rd brake light that is similar too then you add in the baja S2 lights that cost $300 to $400. So yea it's about the average price for what your getting.
Buy the hack software from Customtronix and it removes the annoying lock out for navigation while driving and lets you go to the rear camera at anytime
Yea to change your bulbs to LED and not get codes and messages you have to use software like alfaOBD on a tablet to go in and tell the truck that you have LED's now so it doesn't freak out. I freaking love that alfaOBD software. You can do so much to your truck that even the chrysler techs can't...
