    The 5.7 has always recommended 89+ since 2003 I always did till 2014 I ran 87 in mine with no noticeable difference my last tank on my 2010 I ran 93 and got 2mpg better but was also around time fuel changed to summer blend in MN I have only ran 87 in this 6.4 and havent noticed and cons with it
