Absolutely amazing! I like your build so much. I’m not with a kit now :)) the only parts remaining from the bds kit are steering knuckles, several brackets and rear coils I’m willing to change. Probably I will go with Teraflex coils as those are triple rate coils and matching Gladiator 3.5” lift...
Made a Topic last year :))

Yep, having 2500 Power wagon rear axle with factory 4.56 and e-locker. so 5 lugs in the front and 8 lugs in the rear now. And no issues with gears wearing anymore:))
Not so easy to return the parts as I’m from Russia, so shipping those overseas forth and back is unreasonable:))

Thanks buddy! I believe I saw your post months ago:) I'm trying to get a rear track bar, but I have HD rear axle installed so this not sure Gladiators track bars will match my application.
Also, Having 6" lift kit and willing to add more comfort to the rear. Soooo...Teraflex has 3.5" lift...

1. BDS relocation bracket, as I was needed to swap 2010 front diff(8in corporate) instead of 8,25in ZF. It is impossible to change gears in ZF IFS axles
2. Drive shaft spacer required. As far as you'll need 2010 front driveshaft(has different flange bolt pattern) you'll need a spacer for 2010...
The best gears are OEMs. I’ve installed RMS once and Yukon gears installed three times in a row. Everything was garbage. Probably if you drive 3.6 Ram on a stock tires it can work for you. But if you have big tires and push the accelerator from time to time...my advise is to search for PEM gears...
I haven’t seen any noticeable difference compared to 3.92 :) but 6.4 burns a bit more fuel, as I like to open throttle wider:))
