    Power steering???

    Okay. Not sure if is only me with this problem (if it is a problem). But I have noticed that when I start my truck up it whines like when a car is low on power steering fluid. Checked the fluid level and it's right on par. It's a 12 1500 with 32000 miles. Any thoughts?
