    Opt-7

Long story short.. Replaced all my lights with them... drove through some very small mud puddles. Fog housings had about an inch of muddy water in the bottoms, sloshing around. One of the low beams stopped working ("flux capacitor").. all within 2 weeks. Returning: Send email, wait 4-5 days...

Just about as hard as it is to poke your head under there and figure it out. 4 bolts, 2 people, 6 pack.

    37s sure look good.

06ish would be more in my ideal price range for a tow rig. I can swing a 4th gen if I throw back a few shots first Ideal mileage I should shoot for/stay under? Some more reading I guess I should do is something about a number/letter on the engine block I should avoid...?

    Offset question

1mm will look better. Little wider stance, little more lip on the rims. Its a truck, a little dirt on the sides is supposed to be there.

    Are my Bilsteins set correctly?

When someone is so positive that theyre right (when theyre 100% wrong).. the ball is in your hands. Would be a great time to make a bet on steak dinner or a full refund.

    37s sure look good.

They will fit w/o any trimming. I think you just looked at the picture and didn't read a single sentence . They are 6 lug wheels.

    37s sure look good.

Yep, they'd look purty good stuffed up in there! Too bad I have these 3:21 highway gears that can hardly run anything over 33x11. Guessing I'd go from 13mpg to around 10mpg.....nope Going to put this truck on the market at the beginning of the year and go with a sfa hd model. Probably...

    Bearings or the CV?

https://youtu.be/nOelF-QsNhc I was going to swap the axles around and see if the problem follows it.. of course the chrysler axles would be side specific by about 3/4" . Bearing seemed fine, only thing left would be the axle. Dropping it off monday.

    Bearings or the CV?

Its definitely not the wheel or the rotor. And the bearing is definitely shot...but it's just so hard for me to wrap my head around it being a bent axle. How in the fk would the axle bend? I haven't jumped or hit anything. Question: before I tear into it.. could a bad bearing cause the axle...

Max spare tire size? 2014 Ram 1500.

I just have tire plugs, CO2 tank, and friends with trailers. If I were to have a spare, I'd probably figure out a way to mount it in that big space behind the cab.

    Painting tow mirrors

Same process as painting any other panel. There will be those that say "cant paint over chrome" and the "you can paint on chrome, no issues" .. Some people aren't cut out for spraying paper, let alone a vehicle. Theyre usually the experts. But in all reality, most body shops wont spray on...

    Consensus on 4" lift.

Another cool thing with superlift. If you want to go from 4" to 6" lift, all you do is buy their 5" rear springs and adjust the front bils to 2.8". They have a good warranty also.

Driver "Fog light" not turning on

Brah, do you even troubleshoot? You should give more details... how are they wired? Switch? Stock harness? What have you done so far? Etc, etc.

    Consensus on 4" lift.

Definitely do not settle for the superlift shocks. They suck! Get the bilstiens with superlift.
