I think its because the aftermarket is using bigger ball joints. Or, some are at least. So the housing is bigger. -

The stock size tire rubs on the rough country UCA. What options do I have besides new wheels? Do all aftermarket UCA rub on stock wheels/tires? 275/60-20 Stock 20x9 wheel. Thanks -

If your UCA allow it. That why some are made to return to stock numbers like the RC ones did. Many shops just say its fine. But its only in the green area of the alignment. Not OE specs. I prefer OE specs. -

Ready to sell this truck. lol. Alignment issue after Zone UCA install?
Stock bottom. I took truck to alignment shop and gave them OE numbers for alignment and they got them. Don't get me wrong at first they wanted to put it in the "green" and I said no. OE numbers only and they did. I had previosly ZONE uca and they wouldnt align to factory numbers. RC uca did. -

Ya, I think I posted it. If not, my bad. I put the RC UCA on and fixed. Ride is better too. Because they allow 1" more travel and yes I can tell. It also allows for factory specs on alignment. Not "Its in the green". Very happy! -

On the V6 efan swap, yes. Not on the V8 swap. A few posts up someone talks about it. The PCM send a code or something through the electrical if it not there, it wont turn on. You can't even put the wires on a battery to turn it on. It wont. The V8 efan is a "PWM" efan as the V6 one isn't.- Ram7081
