    Thinking about a 2500 Rebel 6.4 Hemi

    The Rebels don’t come with a factory lift but I would think 35s would fit. The PW will hold 37s with very slight rubbing depending on tires and wheels with its factory lift.

    I would still look at the 5.7, sure the 3.6 will do it but the 5.7 will do it easy and be less taxing on the drive train then it would be on the 3.6. My 2 cents

    First thing I did when I bought my PW was check this and sure enough everyone of my fuses were only partially seated, crazy that’s like that.

    The PW is like a heavy duty half ton. Lol and I mean HD because of the 2500 axles. Mine pulls my 8k camper very easy and better than my modified 1500 I had before it.     Exhaust brake usage

    Running it keeps the veins clean from soot, had to replace my turbo just from it getting sooted up and freezing the turbo veins up. At the time the dealer wanted $5000 to replace it, did it myself for half that though.

    Yes Sir use it. It’s also in the turbo and not the transmission so don’t worry about that.

    Winter/All-Terain Tire Recommendations?

    Ran Bfg KO2s and they work great in snow and we’ll work great in everything but sticky mud. I hear good stuff about General Grabber AT3s as well and they are what I am putting on our Jeep GC .

    2500 6.4 Hemi Dual Exhaust

    Did similar to mine right after I bought it. I went X pipe to dual bullet style Magnaflows then straight out the back with 5” tips. Looks good.

    Lubegard Bio/Tech and oil combo

    I run Redline in my Hemi as they just seem to like it best, but my our GC with a 3.6 is getting Mobil 1 with lubeguard same with our Mustang and the old Pontiac.

    Shoot my last truck had 3:21 gears with 35s and pulled the same camper easy as well. No mountains around here so can’t say about that. Lol

    I use fluid film on my truck, gotta drive it so I do what I can to protect it.
