    I would like to replace my 3rd brake light with some nice bright red LED bulbs. In the manual there are described as 921K. When I look at amazon I find only 921 without "K" or even 194.... Is a 921 without "K" ok? Are these 194 equivalent to the 921K?

    Like the regular bulbs, the HID (bulbs, ballast etc...) have a lifetime. Definitely less than the regular bulbs indeed.
