    Hello, I’ve read through the thread and find myself confused. I have a 2012 5.7. OEM is Nickel or Iridium plugs? I thought they were Nickle, was there a change from FCA? Can anyone link the plug part I should currently be using?

    Specifically states not to use anything other than 5W20 if you have MDS. Even cautions to watch the mechanic pour it in to make sure you get 5W20. Anything else will damage the MDS and void warranties.

    Keep in mind that its a new truck and new exhaust so I'm paying attention to every detail until the novelty wares off. If I wasn't looking for it, I'm sure I wouldn't notice either. On another note. I'll be installing my Volant CAI tomorrow after work ;)

    Everything I looked at recommended keeping the OEM resonators on. Not that they are noticable when gone (which is why they should be kept). I have the 14" Magnaflow and the only thing I dont like about it is the sound when I drop cylinders for ECO. It sounds like a nasty, choppy 4 cylinder lol...

    Yes, it's the OEM duel exhaust but its SI/DO I believe but I haven't looked at it for myself yet. I'm assuming the Y pipe is the junction from the headers into the muffler but honestly have no idea. I'm just going off of what seems logical to me. I'll look first thing in the morning.
